Merit Badge Blue Card Preparation (Important)
Merit Badge Blue Card Preparation
- Make sure you have your Merit Badge Blue Card signed by your Scoutmaster before you get to Knott's Berry Farm.
- Make sure you have completely fill out the "Blue Card." Every entry shown on the example - front and back - EVERYTHING!
- Your Railroading Merit Badge "Blue Card" should look like this example Blue Card , which includes the Scout's information, the requirement numbers including the date completed, and the Merit Badge Counselor's contact information.
- Verify you have completed both sides of the Blue Card.
- One of the biggest problems from the first Railroading Merit Badge Day at Knott's Berry Farm was the long lines to get the Merit Badge Blue Card signed by the Merit Badge Counselor. If your Blue Card is not properly filled out, the Merit Badge Counselor will not sign your Blue Card, but will return it to you with instructions to properly fill out the Blue Card and then get in the back of the line and wait your turn for the Counselor's signature again. So if you want to expedite getting on to the fun and rides of Knott's Berry Farm after lunch, then make sure your Blue Card is filled out completely & properly.
